Which groom should I choose?
The right service depends on your dog’s coat, its condition and the style you’d like. If you’re unsure, call 07410 636417 before booking and we’ll help you choose.
What should I tell you before the appointment?
Tell us about your dog’s coat, any sensitivities or health concerns, and how they usually feel about grooming. Bring along any preferences for their cut so we can discuss them with you.
Can I book for today?
For same-day appointments, please call 07410 636417 or message us on WhatsApp to confirm availability.
Is a deposit required for a first visit?
Yes. A £25 deposit is required for your first visit, payable at the time of your booking confirmation call.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give more than 24 hours’ notice where possible, so we can offer the appointment to another dog. A £25 cancellation fee applies when less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
When is the last groom of the day?
The salon opens Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm. The last groom starts at either 3pm or 4pm, depending on the service required. Sunday is closed.
